It's called Sonic X: The Infiltration. It's about a two-fifths of the way done. I've been working on it since mid-May ('07) and I plan to release it before the end of the year.
There isn't much of a story or a plot. Really, this movie is an homage to Sonic X's first episode, where Sonic infiltrates Eggmans base. Although that's what I initially planned, it's turning into something much more as I work on it. I don't want to say much else, so here's some shots of the movie and a short animation.

When I first started this movie, I wanted it to last about 3 minutes. Short and simple, right? But I couldn't stop there. I kept working and now my target is about 7 minutes. It's all frame by frame and Sonic looks as good as he does in the show. [/brag]
